New Opportunities

Jacob and Benson installed a new sign for our YWAM Paris Connect campus.

by Megan

In recent news, Jacob has stepped into a leadership role with the operations team that he has been working in for the past year and a half. So in addition to the property and maintenance work he has been doing previously, he will now help to coordinate the whole “operations” staff team of the campus! This team covers the operating of our campus in areas of hospitality (guests), kitchen, accounting, maintenance, some events, and overall covering of our properties.

For me, I am enjoying helping with our communications and media, helping to get a new website ready by finding photos for it, working on administration and emails, and helping photograph events, which I really enjoy. I have also recently been able to focus one day a week on studying more about media, photography, and video, as it is something I really have the desire to learn more about and grow in my skills. Hopefully with this education, I can further assist the ministry here but also work more on personal projects!

Hosting YWAMers

The past weeks our campus has hosted two large seminars in our new space, so it has been slightly busier around here. Two weeks ago we hosted a Discipleship Training School Seminar with around 40 different YWAMers from around Western Europe, and this past week we hosted a YWAM leaders conference. This had around 40 YWAM international campus leaders who came together to have some training, and to build relationships and unity.

Family Visit

Some exciting news is that my sister will be coming for a visit in just a few days! I am excited to get to spend some quality time with her. We are looking forward to having more family come around and be able to show them what we do and where we live.

Prayer Requests

As always, please let us know if you have any prayer requests.

For Jacob and I, we are still waiting after many months to hear back about our French visas. Please pray that we would get approved soon as the system is very slow and takes its sweet time.
